🎂 The Cake is a Lie 🎂

Sooo, we had transfers this week. As it turns out, our Zone Leaders were gaslighting me all transfer, talking about how president asked if I had trained yet, recommending that I should train. Monday night I get a call from president thinking I'm going to get to train. 📞 He calls me and says I'm heading to "La Sarrosa" to reopen the area and be a District Leader over there. Sooo, still not training. 🫤 My new companion is Elder Recio, who actually came with me and has the same time in the mission. 🇩🇴

We mostly just said our goodbyes to everyone before leaving and then arrived at our new house. 🏡 It's pretty decent to be honest. At least we have water 24/7, along with air conditioning. 💧 The area is also pretty big, or at least really long. Really it's just a long road with a bunch of little neighborhoods around it. 🏘

We have also finished the last of our Temple Open House trips. I believe the only other time we're going to return will be for the Temple's dedication in October. Hopefully, that will be really fun. ⛲️
