⚡️ Baptisms Two, Electric Boogaloo ⚡️

This week was a pretty busy one. For starters, we had another baptism this Saturday! It took a lot of stress and effort to get it going but in the end it was worth it. First thing, Friday we headed into town to the chappel in Sonaguera to fill up the baptismal font and clean up a little. 🧹 However there was no power or water, so we weren't able to do anything. ⚡️ Saturday came, and we had to leave early in the morning to set things up there and try again. This time, it did work out and two boys, Jancarlos and his younger brother Esequiel, got baptized. 🥳

The weather here has also been kinda wet. 💦 We've had rain on and off the last couple of days. 🌧 That hasn't stopped us one bit though. We're still making our way through the jungle, rain and sun. ☀️ Although we have had some days of partly cloudy which has been nice. ⛅️ 

We also had our first district counsel here, and it went interestingly. Our bishop doesn't seem to like us very much, so we really aren't allowed to use the church much. It's also already difficult enough for us to get the keys from him, so we ended up having our meeting at a member's house. 🗝 Our district has only the four of us though, so it wasn't that bad, plus the member made lunch for us.
