🥳 19 and it's already Christmas 🎄

This week was certainly something. We had a lot of interesting things happen, starting with a raid of animals on our house. I swear the animals are on some form of rebellion because every time we come home, there is some dog or other creature in our yard. 🐶 We just keep chasing them around until they finally get cornered at the exit and squeeze through a tiny gap to escape. 🚪

I also had my birthday this week which was fun. 🥳 My companion got me a cake which was delicious. 🎂 We also had a visit from the APs and President for our interviews with him, so he spent some time with us after at Popeye's. For dinner that night too, we had a little party with just our pensionista's family, and one hermana, Sarai, who they invited over. We had a chocolate tres leche cake and then also they got me a little present with a lizard pen, yo-yo, some pencils and school supplies, and then a drawing pad which was really nice of them. 🎁 🪀 🗒 Pretty fun Birthday. 

Also, it's CHRISTMAS time! 🎅 We have some lights and now a tiny wreath in our house. Our pensionista also set up a ton of Christmas lights and a tree, and gave us all hats to wear too. 🎄 It does feel a little early for Christmas, but we have no holidays until then, so the Christmas season is starting early!

We also went on companion exchanges this week, and I think this week was the best so far. 

👬 I went down to Progresso with Elder Williams. We taught with an actual member, and then did some lessons up on the mountain. ⛰️ Afterwards, we ate some Baleadas, and a cheese sandwich which was amazing! 🥪 Then we had a pretty scary experience when we encountered some guy with a bloody shirt and a busted eye. 🩸 He was kind of calling out to us, we we tried to get into the light by the supermarket. 💡 He then told us how he just got out of the Hospital and got in a fight while drinking which sent him there, so he wanted to hear the word of god. 🏥 So we gave him a quick message, he said he was hungry so we also gave him our semitas (it's like sugar covered bread) and sent him on his way. 

Also, we have a granola addiction now. We bought one bag last week on a recommendation, and this week we bought another, and I believe this week we're planning on buying 4. All in all, very fun week this week.
