CCM Arrival

Week one has been pretty fun so far. I like my teachers and my district. I'm not overly stressed out about much. Most of my stuff came through safely, can't say the same thing for my suitcase. My small one is shattered on the corner and now has 1 less wheel. Other than that, there haven't really been any problems so far. The food is great, I love Mexican food. 🌯 They also have jello and donuts.  🍩 Spanish is really easy, honestly the only time I'm banging my head is when working on the funky conditional spanish verbs. The houses are really nice. 🏠 They fit about 28 people with 4 people per room. They get a little warm at night and make my nose a little stuffy when I lay down, but we can just open the windows and that helps a lot. It also helps drown out the many monkey, Waluigi, villager noises that our house makes. 🐵 My district 6F is fun. We aren't the best at planning our activities so we've ended up playing ultimate soccer and capture the stick. ⚽ I like everyone and I believe nobody hates me that much so that's a good sign. My companion's name is Élder Dayton. He's pretty cool. It's also monsoon season here so we had a massive flood with some hail and lightning. 🌩️ It was pretty fun. So far so good at the CCM.🤞
